Papa's Tomato Pies

A good sweet sauce, a solid crunch to the crust. But what you come for is the mustard pie (my son's all time favorite anywhere, and he is picky). The mustard goes under the cheese, and then sauce on top which gives it that crunch while still being nice and thin. Mustard on a pizza sounds intimidating, but really it's no different than mustard and catsup on a burger. It works.
