Papa's Tomato Pies

Ordered by the pie. This was a very difficult review. There’s a lot right here. The crust is crisp, has good chew. But it’s also a tad dry. Additional water in the dough may help. The sauce is concentrated, but a bit one dimensional. They use the right amount of cheese, but again, it seemed to lack flavor. Overall I felt it needed a pinch of salt, but was clearly a well made pie.
