Papi’s in Raleigh puts out a really solid buffalo chicken pie. The crust is the standout: super thin, light, and airy with a buttery, garlicky flavor that makes every bite hit. The toppings work well together with buffalo sauce, ranch drizzle, onions, bacon, and grilled chicken, though I definitely wish they were a little more generous with the chicken. Flavor is strong overall, and honestly it would probably be even better with ranch as the base instead of marinara. All in all, a tasty, well-crafted pie that’s just a couple tweaks away from being elite.
