Really great flavor but a bit under—cooked for my liking. The sauce had a great taste in my mouth Frankie! Great pie and wonderful atmosphere in this place. Great place to grab a beer and a good pie. Overall flavor is why it was awarded a 6.5, if it had a little more time in the oven it could have reached a 7.1 but it didn’t. That’s a review Frankie.

Only judging the cheese pie. Also had a pie with fufu toppings on it and that joint was easily in the 8’s. Cheese wasn’t quite as good but fair is fair. 7.9….if I lived nearby I’d be a local

I was pleasantly surprised. Almost had a Neapolitan vibe to it but not quite. A little flop but crispy crust, solid cheese blend, and decent sauce.

alright frankie. Inside the restaurant is better than their food truck. the crust is a little more crispy. the sauce actually taste like something. it’s a good pie! there is a solid bit of flop so the undercarriage could be cooked a little longer but overall it’s good. 7.5 that’s a review.

Cheese and sauce were good, however, crust is not really tasty, and very floppy. You can get more flavor out of a franchise pizza place.

Toppings good, crust is underwhelming. It’s extremely well-done to the point I would argue it’s “burnt-tasting”. I wanted to like it but just couldn’t get past the fact that I couldn’t even eat the entire slice due to the crust
