This is no longer Parkway Pizza. It’s now Pizzeria Di Biscardi — and it’s among the very best NY cheese pies in SW Florida. I didn’t think anything would ever top Pizza Delux or DHOP’s plain cheese, but this one did. Best crust and cooked undercarriage of them all. Good sauce and cheese as well.
