I was informed that this pizza place was opened relatively recently, and thought it was all the more reason to go try it. I recognize that I am the first review of this establishment on the One Bite app. Going off of looks, my taste is not usually in the pizzas that have thick crust, but I was surprised. The pizza comes in an almost personal size, which is enough for one person. What I was surprised about is how light the pie was. You’d think it would be heavier by the looks, but it was a decent portion of everything. Now for the breakdown of ingredients. Starting off with the crust, it was light towards the middle, and had the crunch towards the back. Very, very good wood-fired style. Not too charred, which I am certain Dave would love (according to the one review he bombed recently). The cheese was that of fresh mozzarella, which you can’t go wrong with. And the sauce was great as well. Overall, a very flavorful and filling pizza, that still holds true to the wood-fired style. 7.6 that’s the review
