One of the better slices ive had recently. Torn between a 8.6 and 8.4, went lower because the slices werent warmed up properly and were still cold for the most part. Regardless, very very good sicilian slices here. $4 a slice is reasonable in todays market, and a great quality slice is well worth it. Sauce has a great flavor to it. Nice and robust, thick but not overly thick. The cheese you cant taste since its under the sauce, no pull because it was still cold. The crust and dough were spot on. Perfect thickness, flaky under, crispy crust, good classic chew.
