Great cheese, clearly whole milk mozz... not that part skim junk. Light flop, could be done a bit more. Solid flavor. Good pie.

Good Sicilian slice. Lacking on the sauce but the cheese and dough are extremely good. All in all, not bad.

For south Florida this is an excellent slice. No flip, a little softer than I’d like, but overall very enjoyable.
