Pizza Review
Long time New Yorkers, moved to Florida, back for a wedding in New Paltz. Pasquale’s was just the answer after a ride for LaGuardia. Pizza was solid. Looks very consistent every time. Good undercarriage, not much flop, sauce was good and well cheese-ed. The type of pizza you can get today, and ten years from today. El Prez would classify it as a football pie, he would probably be in the mid 7’s. I rated it on the total experience. Staff was exceptional and prompt. We also had an antipasto salad, house dressing was really good. Had the escarole soup - the don’t make this in Florida. Bowl was emptied, and shared a little with my family, all had smiles after trying it. Last thing was eggplant parm dinner. That plate was emptied as well. In case you care, no skin, floured not breadcrumbed. An excellent visit. In a place where there are many pizza shops, if we ever come back or pass by, we will be sure to visit again. That’s the review.
