Nice undercarriage, a little flop. Great chewy crust. Real tang on this one. Perfectly cooked. Little bit of grease or this may have scored in the mid 8’s. Solid pizza, will be back.

For Southern Chester County the pizza is okay. Anywhere else that has more options, it would not make the grade.

Crust had nice char, airy and chewy; sauce was sweet with slight tang, cheese blend has nice tug. High score for a gasser.
