Crust had nice char, airy and chewy; sauce was sweet with slight tang, cheese blend has nice tug. High score for a gasser.

Nice undercarriage, a little flop. Great chewy crust. Real tang on this one. Perfectly cooked. Little bit of grease or this may have scored in the mid 8’s. Solid pizza, will be back.
