Wicked great pie. NY style but New Haven-esque. A light flop but a little fold helps that. The undercarriage still has a bit of char which was nice and not expected.
Crust is crunchy but soft, sauce is a bit sweeter and balances well with mozzarella. I like how the cheese melts in for that nice ‘orange slice’ effect. Well earned 8.1
