Very thin, lots of flop. Good wood fire flavor. Could have been crispier, but overall a solid pie.

The real deal in the midwest. Excellent fired pie. Best I have tasted in a long time.

Nice char on crust, pretty floppy but good flavor. Sauce has a slight sweetness to it, cheese taste fresh, pepperonis has nice crisp around edges.

Light with great sauce and cheese, chewy and Delicious. Cooked Italy style in an imported oven. Opt for Roman style crust Dave, bubbly crust.

Great sauce, a little flop but crisp crust with good char, not greasy. High quality cheese. Best pizza around for miles. 8.3. That’s the review.

Sauce and flavor is great. Crust is good but a little too floppy/soggy

Great slice, super fresh, good amount of flop and great crust. Sauce doesn’t have a ton of tang but a good amount, solid above average slice.

Very light and easy to eat pizza. You won’t feel stuffed after but their thick crust is better than their thin crust. Nice crunch on the crust as well

The Prez would love the crust. Lots of flop and a bit greasy. Light on the sauce, but good pizza and good atmosphere.

I expected big things from this place, heard great things, but it came up short. Still a tasty pizza, but it’s way too floppy, little greasy, and too generic to be special

With this being a wood fired pizza my only real complaint is that the crust could be crispier towards the center. If that happens and this pizza was less greasy it could easily be in the 8’s. Ended up getting 3; one cheese; one sausage; one pepperoni. Crust: thin and crispy around the edges. Solid bite and flavor except towards the middle. Sauce: well distributed. Solid flavor. Cheese: stringy but overly greasy. Still good, fresh flavor. Sausage: fresh chunk sausage that has very good flavor. All in all a decent pie. If all you have to choose from is around this area then this place probably sits at the top. In comparison to pies I’ve had in Chicago and New York it takes a back seat.

You can definitely taste the difference the wood fire oven makes. The sauce is fresh and vibrant. Very good pizza next time I will order it with basil.

Passion Pane comes courtesy of a little Italian man straight from the heart of Italy. He had an entire brick oven shipped from Italy, because he claims the American made ones are shit! After tasting his pizza, I have to take his word. The crust: Simple ingredients lead the way for this pie. A combination of flour, water, and salt is all that goes into it. Combine the simplicity of authentic Italian dough with the brick ovens perfect heat spread and you get a crust that is almost perfect. The Sauce: A truly perfect blend of semi sweet and tart make for an orgasmic spread on the crust. The Cheese: Fresh mozzarella and a little known and extremely underrated mascarpone top off the nearly perfect pie. The little man only sells 10” pizzas. If you ask him for anything else, he tells you “I make the perfect 10” pizza, so I only make 10” pizza”. Well it isn’t perfect, but it is damn close. One bite and you will be in love. Any lesser of a man would give this pizza a 10, but that is asinine
