Pizza Review
I had the thin crust “Pizza Passione”, which was pretty good. When they say they put spinach on it, they aren’t kidding- it looked like a salad. I had to take about 2/3 of that off to get to the pizza. The nduja sausage was delicious. I probably should have gone with a simple pepperoni and sausage for the first visit, but this was really good. My buddy had the “Dots” pizza, and liked it. I was slightly disappointed with a few aspects of the visit. The wood-fired crust was very floppy and had very little char on it. It took 40 minutes to get 2 thin crust pizzas, and they were not very busy. (Most others in the restaurant already had their food when we arrived.) They only serve drinks in bottles, which seems a bit unprofessional to me. The pizza had good flavor, but the crust was definitely not like I had read about. I will give them another try sometime soon.
