Pizza Review
Passion Pane comes courtesy of a little Italian man straight from the heart of Italy. He had an entire brick oven shipped from Italy, because he claims the American made ones are shit! After tasting his pizza, I have to take his word. The crust: Simple ingredients lead the way for this pie. A combination of flour, water, and salt is all that goes into it. Combine the simplicity of authentic Italian dough with the brick ovens perfect heat spread and you get a crust that is almost perfect. The Sauce: A truly perfect blend of semi sweet and tart make for an orgasmic spread on the crust. The Cheese: Fresh mozzarella and a little known and extremely underrated mascarpone top off the nearly perfect pie. The little man only sells 10” pizzas. If you ask him for anything else, he tells you “I make the perfect 10” pizza, so I only make 10” pizza”. Well it isn’t perfect, but it is damn close. One bite and you will be in love. Any lesser of a man would give this pizza a 10, but that is asinine
