Pasta Vino

Before I talk about the pizza, I would just like to say the food here at this restaurant is amazing and worth checking out. That being said they have a coal fired oven right here in the restaurant and their pizza is really good. It’s thin and the dough has a lot of flour on it which comes off on your hands which I like. Minimum flop. Good sauce and good cheese blend. Slightly better than average but not worth traveling for. Excellent slice of pizza
