I decided I would try the Roman. I'm glad I did. Randy, the manager at Pastaria and close friend of mine, told me that there was an option for organic pasta called the Bucatini All' Amatriciana very similar to the Roman. The Roman had fresh tomato, garlic, bacon, mozzarella, pecorino, and chili on it. The sauce had the chili in it which gave it a great flavor. The bacon was smoked and it was amazing. It was different, but the fresh ingredients and sauce made this pizza awesome. The crust on this was also perfect. I would give it a 6.5. It had kind of a weird taste to it. I recommend trying this one or one of their other pizzas when you go to visit. It's a great combination.

Needs more cheese and it’s drowning in grease but overall good slice

Good crisp. Nice little black on the bottom. Very fresh. Toppings are great if you decide to opt for that.

Loved the taste. Great sauce. Crust had a great taste to it but just too much flop. Could have pushed an 8 with a little more crisp.

Very light sauce, but good flavor. Nice crust, almost perfect. Onion taste isn’t the best. This pizza is flop city. Italian hold is needed.
