Sicilian style light pretty good

Decided to check out a place right down the street from Mineo’s and Aiello’s. I always would drive by this place and wonder how it was, and honestly it’s not bad. Certain slices barely had any crust at all which made them hard to pick up. The cheese is also kinda greasy which made the slice pretty floppy as well. However I found the sauce quite good, and they put a good amount on! There was a lot I could critique on with this pie, but a good sauce can save the day.

Greasy cheese. Zesty sauce. Moderate flop. Dough under proofed. Football pizza.

Not a bad football pie

Pepperoni very good. Pizza is put together well. Sauce and cheese were bland.

Cheese to sauce ratio was solid. Very flavorful. Pretty thick and doughy. Came fresh out the oven.
