Patrizia's of Williamsburg

If it wasn’t considered a rookie score I’d put it at a 7 even. Decent - good, not great. Fresh ingredients and good sauce to cheese ratio. Crust had some good flavor to it, but zero crisp. Didn’t come off as a style of pie (I.e. Neapolitan) that is supposed to have zero crisp either. Feels like it was a little undercooked. Sauce and cheese are good, but the sauce could have used a little more flavor
