Pats Pizza & Bistro Bethlehem

Crust was good. Cheese and sauce were excellent. Great taste. Not a lot of flop. Great undercarriage. Not too many complaints on this one. Don’t know how to categorize this pizza, but it’s worth a try!

One of my first Roman pizzas. Great sauce pretty garlicky good quality cheese and thin crust. It was crunchy near the crust but the grease in the middle made it floppy in the center, perhaps because I got a large with pepperoni, maybe the small original is less floppy.

Sweet sauce, great sauce/cheese ratio. Definitely a spot to hit if you’re on the westside of Bethlehem.

I went ahead and got a half and half with the margarita and the white mushroom. For me it was a little too delayed. I would like to see a crisper undercarriage, especially considering the style of pizza. The margarita was nothing. Spectacular sauce was nice with fresh tomatoes. But the white with the mushroom arugula and much better flavor. I would improve on Crisping the crust more

Above average sauce and cheese. Great crust.

Great pizza environment. Brick oven. Sauce is very good and sweet, could use a little more cheese with it. Overall one of the better slices in the area. I would recommend if fan of brick oven pizza

Good pizza when it’s fresh, could’ve been cooked a little longer.

This is a great mix of square and round, presentation is great (love the ricotta pizza in the background) and the catering is solid... pizza is sometimes about the overall package and Pats has got it, best eaten fresh though

Not sure what people are talking about with this pie??? This pie is way better than the scores it’s getting and people shouldn’t be rating anything other than cheese, anything else is subjective. Zero flop Exceptional undercarriage crispy crust Sauce is homemade Sauce to cheese is great Not greasy Super taste!! Not bar pie and not football pie, it’s a rectangular pie. Crust is slightly thicker than I typically like but still crispy and I ate the whole thing Sauce is homemade but for my taste would have a little more seasoning.
