Pats Pizzeria is averaging a 6.4, ouch.
Is it bad or does it deserve better?
To start, there was no re decking of the slices. Cheese was also not available but the re deck made these slices luke warm at best.
The sauce is relatively neutral, meaning it wasn’t particularly sweet but there was an odd flavor I couldn’t pinpoint, either from the sauce or cheese. Bonus points for having enough sauce without dominating the slice.
The cheese, nothing to write home about. It’s average but not bad.
The dough had clean bites, it wasn’t particularly crispy except for the crust.
In conclusion, it’s not a bad slice. 6.4 is close for this pie but based on my experience, I’ll give it a couple of decimal points higher.
