Chicago deep dish ... big flop, little crunch doughy , sauce is good could have been cooked longer

Lots of sauce on this slice. Very decent crisp. Lotta sauce. For being a slice that was sitting around, it's pretty good. Not too thin, not too thick. Has a slight cafeteria pizza taste to it, but in a good way, somehow. Better than I expected.

Friendly people, nice little operation they got going on there. Could be crispier.

Top 3 in cuse for me. Tremendous pizza.
