Patsy's Pizzeria

Patsy’s is the real deal..wow. Been really excited about trying this nyc institution which has been around since 1933. You don’t often see regular nyc style pizza out of a coal oven. You see margarita style typically. It was super thin crust with the perfect sauce to cheese ratio. One slight downside was crispy ness. Maybe it could have been a little more crispy but even that is nit picking at this point. Also, this pie was soooooo cheap. $13 for a pie that is way bigger than your typical margarita pizza. Patsy’s is awesome, the classic nyc pizza place you travel to anytime of the year.
