Pizza was fire!!!!! Thin, crispy and a slightly saucy to me, but nevertheless delicious!! Highly recommend Patsy’s.

I grew up in the town next-door and had no idea this gem was here until Dave uncovered it.

Totally loved this place. Super old school. Fantastic people working there. The guy who made my pie was a total gem. Pizza is special stuff. Delicious super crispy crust. Perfect ratios of tasty sauce and cheese. It’s delicious out of the oven and still delicious two hours later after sitting in the box. There should be a line down the block for this pizza. Worth a significant detour to give it a shot.

A unique pizza and hands down the best food in Paterson. I’d like to think Pizza Hut was something like this back in the day. Awesome lamps inside too. ZERO FLOP but not burnt at all.

If you like a thin, crispy bar pie with a surprising amount of tasty cheese and sauce for such a thin crust, then this is the place. Pie was cooked perfectly and well crafted. They really know how to make pizza here and have been doing it for almost a hundred years. A substantial and filling bar pie. Noticeably better than most of the famous places I’ve visited. Add in the throwback atmosphere, friendly service and cold beer,makes it a must addition to your list. Look forward to returning soon!

Worth the trip. This definitely broke into my top 10.

The longer is sat on the tray the better it got. Amazing flavor profile, great cheese-sauce-crust ratio. The crust is flakey while still remaining tasteful, not burnt at all and really stable at holding everything together. Possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had to date.

Legendary Patsy. Must have a reservation and cash only. I dig it. We got a thin crust well done pie. For the price it’s awesome. On stand alone flavor. It’s above average but not knock your balls off.

A distant, fading memory. Melting away like the snows of yesteryear. My earliest memories of pizza, all mixed together into a fairytale of my own invention. I remember eating here with my Father. He said he likes when it burns the roof of his mouth.

Unique crust that’s crispy and thin. Sauce is great with the right amount of cheese.
