Patxi's Pizza

Good leverage on the slice - went neopolitan with the style . We've got a spinach and a fungi half and half - flavor is awesome, good crunch. Crust is still soft. Topping flavor is on point. Almost want it to have red sauce.

Pepperoni, sausage and mushroom. For a Chicago kid living in the Seattle area this pizza makes me feel like I’m in Chicago. Best deep dish pizza I had outside of Chicago so far.

Patxi’s Pizza has a good crust and sauce

Good sauce. They put dried basil and parm on the top. The crust has a nice crunch. The sauce is just ok nothing special.

Solid Chicago deep dish in Ballard. Sauce is pretty solid.

Doesn’t blow your mind but good. Crispy crusts with yummy pizza combo toppings. One bite.

Cheese gathered in the middle making for difficult slice removal. Good sauce flavor and consistency. Crust was a bit burnt but a solid crunch.
