Crust had great crisp but the rest of it was surprisingly floppy but still very tasty

Very doughy on the crust as the cheese and sauce only go 2/3 of the way up. Not enough sauce for me but the cheese wasn’t too heavy. Crust is thin and chewy but gets thicker as you go…

Paul & Eddy’s is a cornerstone of it’s charming Hamden neighborhood. Providing tasty pizza for generations of families. The cheese pizza is superb, but be sure to give the eggplant pizza a try as it’s simply amazing!

Well done crust and solid sauce. Ratios on point. Can’t go wrong even when experimenting with toppings. Top spot in the area if you don’t want to hit new haven, and you don’t have to wait as long.

Nice solid crust, not floppy, good mix of basil, cheese, garlic, not over powering. Solid slice!

Another good one! Thin crust, good flavor. Competes with the New Haven Elite and one of the tops in Hamden. A bit of flop but I get sausage and onions so I believe that weighs it down.

Forgot to get a pic, but nothing spectacular. Very high crust to cheese ratio so if that's your thing then go here. Sauce was nearly non-existent. Decent amount of grease and cheese was solid.

Best pizza in Hamden

Really solid pie. Little flop, not greasy, crust flavoring a bit strong. Just a really solid pizza, one level above drunk pizza and below coal fired.
