Cheese is incredibly flavorful and plentiful. Not sure I’ve ever had more cheese on a pizza. Sauce is nice and the right amount. Due to the amount of cheese the crust is a bit floppy. Overall a really good pizza.

The best pizza in New Bern. Cheese and sauce have so much flavor, the crust is crispy and yet chewy (not doughy). There is some grease and flop but the undercarriage looks great. If it weren’t for the grease and flop the pizza would get at least an 8. Good pie.

Sauce was good, had more flop than expected. Good crunchy crust and didn't have a doughy taste.

Wow it has been a long while since I have Paula’s and this is a great pie. Crust has the crunch factor that is amazing. Great Job!!!
