Solid pie, best I’ve had in Baltimore. They use a very distinctive, earthy mozz which I enjoyed. Often pizza cheese just blends in but this one pops. Dough is great. As usual, it’s the sauce that holds it back from an 8. It had all the right savory notes, but lacked the bit of sweetness which NYC pie should have. As such overall it was slightly too salty.

It’s good Neapolitan pizza, I prefer traditional slice style but sauce is good. A little lacking on the cheese, zero flop.

Damn good pizza! Great flavor from all the ingredients. Everything blends together well.

I regret my original 7.8 on this. Too soft too doughy. Kinda a waste of the brick oven. Get that crust crisp y’all! Lots of great craft ingredients but it’s too floppy and soft.

Barry White... classic delicious white pizza. I wanted to fold this entire pizza into one piece and shove it in my mouth after the first bite. Easily one of the best white pizzas I’ve ever eaten. A little bit oily, but overall very impressed.

Great version Neapolitan-style. Consistently excellent. One of the best in Baltimore.
