Pepperoni | nyc slice
It’s good. The undercarriage is crispy and nice unless it’s burnt, like the nyc was, then the burnt taste is prominent. Pecorino on top is heavy but goes well with the pizza. Sauce is nice, would like a bit more punch. Lacks New York soul- not greasy enough- but a good imitation nevertheless
Second visit asked for less pecorino- recommended. Perfect base. Would’ve scored higher.
