Paul's Live From New York Pizza

The Brooklyn double crust pizza is best described as purely beautiful. The juxtaposition of spinach and the double crust creates a sensation on one’s tastebuds that is orgasmic.

SUPER FLOPPY AND GREASY. All those napkins in the picture soaked up the grease- zero crisp but good flavor

Good crisp. Thin. Parts were yummy baked wafer like with sauce. A little too much flop. Just a smidge more sauce. Good ass slice.

I’m from New York and this is not New York. Good thickness of slice flop is ok but sauce isn’t great. It’s ok nothing great

One bite, everyone knows the rules in Humboldt. The pizza is consistently LARGE and consistently meh...Guy needs to come back with some of the seasoning from Flavortown.
