•UPDATE• This place is now called “PACINI’S” Served hot and crispy in 3-4 minutes with no flop. I walked in as he was making a fresh pie. The sauce is a little sweet with a tiny tang. The cheese looks and tastes like it was handmade at the Pizzaria. It is very good quality. The best part is the crust. It’s light, fluffy, buttery and crunchy. One of the best yet. If the sauce / cheese ratio was more balanced this would be in the mid 7.0’s.
