Pazzo Pizzeria

This one was tough. I was trying really hard to think what this pie reminded me of, and then I realized that it is trying really hard to be a Jersey pizza, but just comes up short. A little too thick, a little too doughy. Too much flop without structure. With that being said, the taste is close, but it just doesn’t get there all the way. Bonus points though for eating it on my balcony on a beautiful California night.
