Pretty good ingredients just very thin and cracker like dough. Crust is essentially a puffed up cracker, filled with air.

Cooked perfectly, slight flop but I'll blame part of it on delivery. Excellent crust, lovely char and bubbles. Fairly light. Best pizza in Sarasota? Definitely. Best pizza in Florida? It's up there I'm sure. I think this could even be in the 8s in NYC.

Staying locally and needed a good pizza. This is amazing! Great sauce and thin with just the right amount of crisp!
