Tangy sauce, good undercarriage- light texture but decent crunch. Crust has a bit more crunch than undercarriage. Cheese compliments really well and almost has a ‘char’ flavor to it as well. All in all a real balanced, great pizza. I’d drive from anywhere in Austin to have a slice.
