I almost feel guilty leaving such a high score because in the moment I was blinded by hunger and absence of a pizza score in several months. Some would say I was lost in the sauce. Nonetheless, I gave the pizza an 8.3. Margarita pizza prepared in the wood Fire fashion. The sauce was overwhelmingly tasty and it had amazing crust. Perhaps 8.3 seems a little high after the fact, but we all know the rules... there’s your score.
