Very long time since I’ve had Pelliccis, did not impress me. Such a historic restaurant and wanted the pizza to be phenomenal. Crust was nice and light, but seemed undercooked. Pizza was a little bland tasting.

I debated pushing this into the 8s, but could not. This is a VERY cheesy pizza. I would like more sauce. The crust is crispier than it looks. With that said, this pizza tastes excellent. Almost too cheesy, but it’s really good.
