PeppeBroni’s Pizza

Took a trip across the state border to the Northern Panhandle of West Virginia to try some pizza and check out the scenery. The undercarriage on this pizza was paper thin and caused plenty of flop. I thought the sauce was pretty tasty, but it didn’t mesh with the super salty cheese. On some bites all I could taste is the salt from the cheese, and on other bites I could taste the different seasoning in the sauce. Maybe if the pizza wasn’t so floppy the flavors would’ve mixed together better? Once I got to the end of the pizza I thought the crust had a weird after taste to it as well. Overall I thought this pizza was just okay. It definitely has potential with how good the sauce tasted, but it definitely needs improvement upon every other area of the pizza.
