Pizza Review
Old school Trenton style with a savory sauce with a fresh mozzarella base that is creamy and fresh. Parmesan on top. The crust is denser and crackery so no floppage but that has its downsides too. Crispier than say a Santucci’s of Philly and of the actual Trenton style tomato pies. It’s really good. Not sure if the crust is upper echelon. Looked like they did the room temp tomato pies on the thinner and crispier side too. Next time.
