Peppinos Pizza

They say Bronx style pizza which, to me, I’d think either Arthur Avenue gas oven big, wide slices with semolina on the bottom, like Full Moon or Louie and Ernie’s—it didn’t remind me of either though. Just an okay slice here. Medium thin, light brown bottom crust bake, easy on the chew, usual cheese forward, cheese to sauce distribution. Little oily. Though I think the negative of that’s overrated on this app, because it almost inevitable that that’ll happen on a reheat slice. Look oregano heavy, but it’s not. Sauce was neither chunky nor thin just in between. Definitely a raw sauce. And the crust is thin from end to end Overall, not much to say. I liked Dante’s slightly better.
