This is one of the hardest reviews I've ever done. It took me a year and a half to finally write this. Just as a note I am approaching 400 Pizza reviews on this app.
1. I've been to this place three times and every time I couldn't figure out why I just could not enjoy it. The very last time I asked the guy handing it to me if they do a cheese blend of Parmesan or some other cheese, and he said yes. I knew that it wasn't an authentic tasting traditional New York slice, and that explained it.
2. All the reviews agree that staff there are super nice and very efficient, and are pleasant to deal with.
3. I was so excited to see that they use Grande Cheese, but with that blend, it totally throws off the aroma which I don't care for and the taste. I had family while on vacation from New York that went there on their own, without asking me for a recommendation, and it just happened they were very disappointed. They ordered an eggplant Parmesan which they didn't enjoy that much. I know people swear by this place and that's why I went back three times, but I just can't give them a score better than that what I'm giving them now. Sorry to do that to a small business!
