Petra Mediterranean Pizza and Grill

Serious flop, no crisp to the undercarriage, cheese overload, too much oil over top - had to do the napkin dabby dab, and super doughy.

First time trying the Gyro pizza. Full of flavor off the bat and a nice doughy crust, but the toppings kept falling off

Peta bread crust makes for an different, unique flavor. Very good flavors. Overall, good slice of pie.

Greek Feta ordered up fresh. One bite and incredible. Dough is a bit soft but pastry like and delicious. Glorious toppings, and overall a solid pie.

Incredible pie!!! Plenty of cheese, all fresh ingredients, sauce is phenomenal. Only downside is it’s not crispy, otherwise this is easily in the 9’s. Highly recommend.
