Got the traditional cheese pie although they are known for their "Birdville" I am not a fan of the cheese combination on the Birdville. The traditional crust is perfectly thin and crispy other than that the sauce is too sweet and the cheese blend is average. Good bar pie

Not for everyone, not for me. Not a fan of American Kraft singles on anything but a good burger. It is a mushy 5-6 cheese blend. Crust is pathetically thin, needs real dough to get into any conversation of good pizza

Alright Frankie, we have the Birdville Pie. I don’t know what it is or how they make it but I do know it’s good! Very good crunchy thin crust with cheese that you can’t tell if it is cheese or cream. Not the best pizza in the world but it is up there with them. You will never taste another pizza like it. Definitely worth the trip!

The Birdville pie, it lived up to the hype. Needs a little more sauce in my opinion but this was unique and something you won’t find anywhere else. It was awesome

Unique cheese blend. Not greasy. Crisp, thin crust. I crave this pizza and can’t get anything like it elsewhere!

Pepperoni with atomic hot sausage. It’s an acquired taste. Crust had a nice crunch factor.

An acquired taste of cheese blends, you either like it or not. Waitress was very nice and informative. Family secret on the cheese.

Totally unique pie. It’s a must try!
