Had Philly Style today at Temple. Very good pie to me. A little greasy and a lot of flop but a very good flavor and thin crust. I liked the sweet sauce.

Back working in the North Philly/ Temple section of the city today and stopped into a spot I’ve heard about. Your classic college pizza stop....and obviously a different “style” as they only offer square. Of the 130+ places I’ve tried...Philly Style has the sweetest sauce I’ve ever eaten...and it’s just too sweet for me. I really loved the cheese and the crust was above average and crispy. IF these guys ever went a different direction and got the sauce right...it would EASILY be in the 8’s...but as it currently is constructed, I wasn’t a big fan. Not bad at all...but not for me.
