Great undercarriage on a crisp but juicy crust. Hi-temp ovens melt the cheese on excellent not-too-sweet sauce. Worth going out of your way for them.

Good texture with tangy/sweet sauce and almost a sourdough style crust. A bit greasy but good hold and nice size pie.
