Phil's Heavenly Pizza

Only in Florida will you find a church within a pizza place. Though they do make a really good slice. Good crisp and flavor.

HERE IS THE MOST STRANGEST, UNUSAUL PIZZA REVIEW THAT I'VE DONE TO DATE! This place doubles up as a church with bibles every where you look!! 1.This is located on the busy East Atlantic blvd in Pompano Beach, only blocks from the main beach. 2. I've been here way back when we got a hurricane come through and they were they only place opened. 3. I kind of remember them being pretty good but wanted to see how they are now with my new pizza standards. 4. A bit of grease, no flop but the dough texture was not spot on. Flavor a bit bland but ok. 5. My rating 7.1

This is a great spot for a traditional slice. Good sauce good cheese and just an overall well balanced pizza. The first time I came here the owner insisted I not pay for a single slice. I felt very blessed and thankful for the owners generosity.

A pizzeria in a church. Get the slices from Phil’s. Lunch special. One of the best slices in the area by far. Like it way better than getting the whole pie.

Not crunchy, floppy with oil dripping off of it. Sauce had a weird tang to it, crust was the best part.

Knock Knock Knocking on Heavens door. Not quite past the pearly gates but close too it. Solid pizza great flavor. Crust is nice and thin with a crisp crunch.

Light crispy slice, flopping all over the place, little greasy, crust a little chewy.

Alright Frankie we are on the corner of Atlantic Blvd and the So Fl intercostal. This is a great worship house / pizza shop nothing wrong with that! Lots of NY flop and this is as most football as it gets. That’s the review
