I don’t know who would rate this place higher then 5.0 but it is not that good. Pizza is below average. I ordered wings and it came with fried wings order French fries. Over French fries…., that is weird!?! When I ordered wings they come French fries and not tossed is sauce, this is a red flag for me. Especially when they ask mild or hot and don’t include a side of sauce or toss them in sauce. Plus the blue cheese lid was melted.

A good takeout food place, Phil's is a place I've known for years for their buffalo chicken rolls. Today I try a slice from them for the first time in awhile. Upon picking up the slice you will see its masterful jersey flop in action. It is a nice, thinner slice with that authentic grandma's tomato sauce taste. I wish i ordered several slices because I bodied that slice in a timely manner.
