Definitely in my top 10! Some of Chicago’s best!!!

Solid thin crust pizza on the south side of Chicago

This northsider came along way to try the southside pizza. The results were sort of mixed. First of all I don’t like cheese on top of my sausage (that’s what he said!). Prefer sausage pieces to be on top of the cheese. Also there seems to be an in ordinate amount of grease. Some is to be expected but this probably had more than I care for. However there’s no denying the taste of the sauce is outstanding, and the Italian sausage, drowning in cheese, is still nevertheless very tasty. I wanted to love it, instead I sort of like it.

Best pizza of all time

Phil’s is the bomb. Easily the best pizza in Bridgeport(Go Sox!!). Actually one of my favorites in the Chicago land area too. A must try if you haven’t yet!

The best pizza in Chicago. I know pres only orders it as is but you have to order well done because they have so many orders they’re trying to get them out. Rookie move to not order well done. Plus it opens at 4pm & only takes cash.

Solid ‘za, not sure why it’s included on tavern style lists, as it’s a “thicker” style thin crust.

Solid pizza. Right amount of cheese. Sauce is a little sweet.

Just amazing. Great sauce, sausage was juicy and flavorful. Great crust. Can’t do much better than this.

In the Bridgeport neighborhood, this is hands down THEEE BEST and altogether in the city, definitely within the TOP 5! FANTASTIC PIE. Distinctive flavor, sausage very tasty, crisp is perfect, no flop...nearly as good as one can have it served!

Absolute Phire. Phenomenal. Everything that makes the south side better than the north side is in this pizza. The cheese did shift because it stuck to the paper, otherwise it would be in 9 country

Sunday afternoon pizza

Cheese is good. Sauce could have more flavor. Crust is average with a capital A. Anything over a 6 is beyond generous.

Best pizza in the city!!

Great balance of flavor between cheese and sauce. Cooked just right. Sausage is top notch. I would like it to have a tad more of a crunch. Overall delicious, will be ordering from there again.

Cheese is super tasty. Sauce is perfectly balanced. Just wish crust was a crispier.
