Phil's Pizzeria & Restaurant

OK, here we are on a windy, kind of cloudy day. It’s a Monday. Had a great win Friday night. Last regular season home football game for my boy. Crazy. Time flew. Hoping for a big win on Friday. Had a good weekend in Fire Island. Starting off the week right. Figured I’d get a pizza review in. Now this place has one review, it’s called Phil‘s. The review was very high. It looks good, I can’t see it being in the 8’s. But we’ll see. Pizza is very good. It’s a tad greasy, but there’s zero flop. Good crunch. Definitely is not your typical Long Island doughy pizza, as Dave always refers to. It’s not in the eights, but it’s good overall football Pizza. Good cheese, good sauce. I always get the slices, but I’m curious how a fresh pie would be. Good stuff.
