Looks great, smells great, tastes OK. Little known fact: the toppings on a deep dish need to be in the middle of the melted cheese not just on top of the cheese. You can see it in the picture. Rookie mistake but decent for a St Louis pizza

Really not sure why this pizza has such low reviews. The only thing I could think of is the quality of the pizza in some of the pictures submitted by other folks doesn’t look as good as the pizza we had today. The crust on this pizza is thin but really crunchy and was probably the best part of the pizza. I thought the toppings were really good too. The sauce was decent, but probably the weakest component of the pizza. Toppings-sauce-crust ratio was on point.
