Sweet Hornet. Too much honey. Inconvenient to cut with the scissors. Can’t figure out why the scissors aren’t bigger. Crust is fire. Could use more cheese. Sauce was sick

Toronto’s obsessed with Neopolitan pizza. Mercanti, Libretto, Terroni, De Fina, etc etc. they all do, more or less, the same thing. This is one of the best Neopolitan in Toronto. But it’s still Neopolitan. So meh. $22 for a small Neo pie? All right. Fresh ingredients. But honestly, nothing to write home about. Crisp is there. Tomato sauce is good. Undercarriage is nice. But we gotta stop this love affair with Neopolitan.

Best neopolitain style in the city, the only thing missing was fresh basil to finish. Great chew, perfect tomato, high quality cheese.
